DyStar statement leaves unanswered questions

Today‘s [15th October] news release is the first since a short statement on the 29th September announced that the German organisation had filed for insolvency.

Last week some reports began to circulate within the industry, suggesting that DyStar had ‘resumed‘ deliveries - despite no-one really knowing for sure whether production or deliveries had been affected.
